1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location:

- US orders: 7 to 14 business days

- International orders: 14 to 28 business days

We ship as quickly as possible and provide tracking info once it’s available!

2. Where can I track my order?

You can track your order as soon as your tracking number is uploaded. Just head over to our Track your order page and pop in your details.

3. What’s your return policy?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. For more info, visit our Returns & Refunds section or reach out to our team.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship globally! International shipping usually takes 14 to 28 business days, depending on your location.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?

Oh no! If your product arrived damaged, send us a message with photos at yessoh3086@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.

7. Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders fast, because who likes waiting? If you need to make changes, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee edits.

8. Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, we’ll send your tracking info via email. You can also check it on our Track Your Order page anytime.

9. Do you offer free shipping?
